It is during the calm after the storm when we catch up with Douglas James-Taylor. Drogheda United had just been beaten 2-4 by rivals Dundalk in an apparent hammer blow to hopes of staying in the Premier Division in 2025. Minutes earlier, violent supporter clashes on the Oriel Park pitch made the day all the darker for anyone of a United persuasion.
