Bridel Bosakani has made a major impact in his brief appearances for Drogheda United’s first team this season.

26 minutes. That’s how long, on average, Bridel Bosakani had to wait between each of his seven senior Drogheda United goals in 2024.

The young striker scored on his Drogheda debut, in the Leinster Senior Cup, and his league and FAI Cup bows too - each one as a substitute. His extraordinary seven goal haul came in just 187 minutes of football across those three competitions. It is a strike rate that would be the envy of players at all levels, those vastly experienced and ones merely ambitious.
